Sophie has been working in the health and fitness industry for 13 years. She began her fitness career during her undergraduate years at Western Illinois University. Sophie has always been involved in athletics growing up, non-stop activities to shake out her energy, and was the friend that was “always working out”.
She discovered Kinesiology and Exercise Science at orientation and knew this what she would pursue for a career. Sophie’s fascination with human performance in sport and athletics motivated her to want to share this passion with others.
Sophie recognized what fulfills her the most: the meaningful connections, friendships, and communities she’s been a part of through fitness, exercise, and sport. She created That’s SoFitness to motivate and inspire people to live their best lives by sharing her knowledge, experience, and expertise pertaining to health and fitness.
