Want to workout in the privacy of your own home? Sophie will come to you! Whether you have multiple pieces of gym equipment or a small, outdoor location to train, Sophie will make creative workout routines with any space that is available.

  • What are your training specialties?

Sophie works with a broad range of fitness levels, skill levels, and ages. She focuses primarily on strength training and functional movement. Working with youth and adult athletes on sports specific training, beginner and general fitness, and weekend warriors looking to improve their fitness. Sophie’s goal is to give you the confidence and tools to be able to continue your health and fitness journey on your own.

  • Some of Sophie’s sports specific training include:

Weightlifting (snatch + clean and jerk)

Powerlifting ( back squat + bench press + deadlift)

CrossFit (personalized programming and design)

Gymnastics (bodyweight work, handstands, handsprings, pull ups, etc…)

Cheerleading (jumps, tumbling, proper stunting technique)

  • Where do you train?

Training can be done in-person (Bay Area at Evolution Trainers in Mountain View or HeadstrongFit in San Luis Obispo), in home sessions, or virtually. Contact Sophie for location, rates and schedule for personal training.
