Workouts on the Road: Flagstaff

Welcome back to my Workouts on the Road Series - I take you to Flagstaff, Arizona!

Flagstaff was my home base on the road trip for exploring the Grand Canyon and hiking Humphrey’s Peak, the tallest peak in Arizona. My Airbnb had a great outdoor patio which was perfect for getting in a few strength sessions.

My legs were FRIED from two back to back days of 12+ mile hikes.

I gave the legs a rest and hit an upper body strength workout with only a pair of dumbbells. 

The number of exercises you can do with dumbbells is endless! I focused on a workout with higher repetitions because my dumbbell weight pairs were 15lbs + 10lbs, which is a little on the lighter side for me.

Min 2: DB Bent Over Row

Min 3: DB Bicep Curl

Min 4: DB Alt. Front to Lateral Raise
